Day 1 — Arrival in Baltra · Twin Craters · El Chato II Ranch · Darwin Station. Upon your arrival at Baltra Airport, our guide will welcome you. We will take the bus to the Canal de Itabaca (approx. 10 min), cross by ferry to Santa Cruz and continue in our own vehicle to Puerto Ayora (42 km). Along the way, in the island's highlands, we will visit Los Gemelos (Twin Craters), volcanic formations created by the collapse of the earth's surface layers, surrounded by unique vegetation and birdlife. We will then head to the private ranch El Chato II to spend time with the majestic giant tortoises in their natural habitat and walk through some 300 meters of lava tunnels, magnificent volcanic formations. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit to the Charles Darwin Research Station and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Day 2 — Tortuga Bay · Bay Tour. Breakfast at the hotel. A walk of about 45 minutes brings us to Tortuga Bay, one of the longest white-sand beaches in the archipelago, home to marine iguanas and migratory shorebirds; time for sun, sand and swimming. Lunch. At around 13:30 we will board a licensed boat at the main pier and head to Punta Estrada, where we will spot blue-footed boobies, frigatebirds and gulls; snorkeling in Bahía Franklin (approx. 45 min) among colorful fish, sea turtles and small sharks. We will visit the Canal de los Tiburones (Shark Channel) to observe white-tip reef sharks, walk to Playa de los Perros through native vegetation and marine iguanas, and finish at Las Grietas, a natural pool where seawater meets freshwater flowing down from the highlands, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Bus to the Canal de Itabaca, ferry to Santa Cruz and road transfer to Puerto Ayora (42 km) to the passenger pier. There we will take a water taxi and the speedboat to Isabela Island (approx. 2 hours by sea in a safe, comfortable fiberglass vessel). On arrival, water taxi to the Isabela pier (10 USD entrance fee per person), luggage delivery and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2 — Poza de Flamingos · Muro de las Lágrimas (Wall of Tears) · Tintoreras. Breakfast and departure at 07:00 for the Poza de Flamingos (Flamingo Lagoon), a semi-natural formation born from old quarries where you can admire the iconic flamingos. We will visit the tortoise breeding center and follow a network of trails that includes Playa del Amor, the estuary tunnel and the Cerro Orchilla viewpoint, with views of the bay and Puerto Villamil, until we reach the Muro de las Lágrimas (Wall of Tears), a historic monument from the days of Isabela's penal colony, built by hand from volcanic rock by the prisoners and the source of many stories and legends. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit to Islote Tintoreras: snorkeling with white-tip reef sharks, a large colony of marine iguanas, young sea lions, tropical fish and turtles; on the walk around the islet we will see blue-footed boobies, pelicans and frigatebirds, with a chance of spotting penguins.

We will walk over the lava tunnels to observe blue-footed and Nazca boobies, pelicans, herons and frigatebirds. Box lunch on board. At 14:10, boat back to Santa Cruz (approx. 2 hours) and transfer to the hotel.

We will leave our luggage at the hotel and visit the Interpretation Center to learn about the evolution and history of the islands and everything that lives on them. A walk of about 20 minutes along an ecological trail takes us to Cerro Tijeretas, with endemic plants, a small colony of frigatebirds, finches and mockingbirds, beautiful viewpoints, the statue of Charles Darwin and a small bay where you can swim alongside sea lions, tropical fish and possibly sea turtles. We will finish at Punta Carola beach, famous for its waves and beloved by surfers, for relaxing and swimming. Return to the hotel.
Day 7 — León Dormido (Kicker Rock) Tour. Breakfast. Departure at 09:00 for the islet of León Dormido (Kicker Rock) aboard a fiberglass vessel, one of the best snorkeling sites in the archipelago: black-tip and white-tip sharks, Galápagos sharks, eagle rays, sea turtles and a great variety of fish, beside a magnificent islet rising 500 feet above the ocean in the shape of a giant sleeping lion. Lunch on board and beach time to sunbathe, relax and swim. 16:30 return to the hotel.

First stop Rosa Blanca, a small bay with several little beaches and the presence of sharks, rays and sea turtles — ideal for snorkeling. At Punta Pitt: bird watching from the boat, the only site in Galápagos where you can see all three booby species and both frigatebird species nesting in the same area. Then Bahía Sardina, two beaches with small white-sand dunes and crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling, with many sea turtles, rays and sea lions.
